This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and exchanges are processed for license keys purchased for ABCD Lite ("the Software"), provided by its developer ("Provider").
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a license key, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
Due to the nature of digital goods, specifically software license keys provided in a text format, they are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once issued. A license key, once provided, cannot be "returned" in the same way a physical product can.
Consequently, all purchases of license keys are final. Funds spent on the acquisition of a license key cannot and will not be refunded.
Upon your request, the Provider may, at its discretion, annul your license. In such a case, the acquired Software product will cease to function, but no refund of the purchase price will be issued.

By mutual agreement, technical assistance may be provided to help activate the product or resolve any potential issues. This assistance does not imply a right to a refund.
